OUR CORE TEAM

Our core team has worked with organizations and businesses all over the world to address deeply systematic issues across a wide range of fields and sectors. We have been leaders of the global  Green Building and Impact Investing movements, and at the forefront of Design Thinking, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Ecosystem Development,, Systems Design, Software Platforms, AI, and Organizational Design. With the guidance and support of our Community Council, our Advisory Group, mentors and partners, we employ regenerative paradigm s, principles, frameworks and structures to support living systems.

Our “base camp” for working with and understanding the needs and aspirations of  neighborhoods and communities is the city of Kansas CIty and surrounding bioregion, grounded by our Community Council of leaders who have worked for decades to bring social justice through community engagement, education, entrepreneurship, housing & urban development, minority empowerment,  climate resiliency and native American wisdom or "indigenuity." They help guide P5’s activities and identify new opportunities  through their engagement with the communities they serve.
